We recommend booking your session at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall). This ensures availability and gives us time to plan a session that’s personalized to you.

Each session package includes a guaranteed number of edited images (listed above), but we often deliver more. Every gallery includes high-resolution images in an online gallery, ready for download and sharing.

Yes! We offer heirloom-quality prints, albums, and wall art to help you display your images in meaningful ways. You’ll have the option to order directly from your online gallery, or we can assist with custom design options.

Absolutely. We love photographing multigenerational families and furry friends. Just let us know in advance so we can tailor the session to accommodate everyone comfortably.

We closely monitor the weather and always offer a complimentary reschedule if conditions aren’t ideal. Your experience and final images matter to us, and we’ll work together to find a new date if needed.

You’ll receive your fully edited gallery within 4-6 weeks after your session. We take pride in hand-editing each image to ensure it reflects the emotion and quality you expect from JTR Media.

Yes—we’re happy to travel throughout Pennsylvania and occasionally beyond. If you have a special location in mind, just let us know and we’ll discuss travel options and availability.

We take a relaxed, playful approach when photographing young children. With a focus on patience and flexibility, we allow time for breaks and follow their lead to keep the experience fun and stress-free—for everyone. Our goal is to capture genuine expressions, not forced smiles.

Yes! Outfit changes are welcome and encouraged, especially during longer sessions of an hour or longer. They’re a great way to show off your personality and add variety to your final gallery. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly!
